I'm glad, Diane, that when you speak of doing things to improve the industry (at least from the perspective of the agent), you speak in terms of what individual agents and brokerages can do to improve and set higher standards for themselves. The only thing over which you have control is providing the highest level of service that YOU can provide; there is no control over what anyone else may (or may not) be doing. Well-said.
